Guests from all over will arrive in Kunming, the capital of Yunnan Province, also known as the “City of Eternal Spring.” Our professional staff will be waiting at Kunming Changshui International Airport throughout the day to greet you and escort you to your hotel for check-in.

Kunming → Stone Forest → Xiangyun or Chuxiong
After breakfast, depart at a leisurely 9:00 AM from the hotel and head to the national 5A-level tourist attraction — the Stone Forest Scenic Area (includes electric shuttle). Formed over 300 million years, the Stone Forest is renowned as the “World’s First Wonder” and a “Museum of Stone Forest Karst Landforms.” With its majestic limestone peaks, crystal-clear lakes, and vibrant seasonal blooms, the forest resembles a natural painting.
Walking along shaded paths, you’ll enjoy breathtaking rock formations and picturesque views. The Karst landscape of the Stone Forest began forming about 270 million years ago and now spans roughly 350 square kilometers, filled with bizarre rocks, lakes, waterfalls, streams, and caves. From Wangfeng Pavilion, take in panoramic views of iconic formations like “Flying Stone,” “Phoenix Spreading Wings,” “Two Birds Feeding Each Other,” and “Fairy’s Wardrobe Hook.” You may even encounter the legendary Ashima, the heroine of a local love story, in the Small Stone Forest!
After lunch, drive toward Xiangyun in Dali. In the evening, check into a selected hotel in Xiangyun or Chuxiong.

After breakfast, depart at 9:00 AM for the dreamy destination often called “China’s Santorini” — Ideal Land ( Lixiangbang). Walk across the Magpie Bridge and enjoy a 360° panoramic view of the vast Erhai Lake — blue waters and clear skies as far as the eye can see. This scenic spot features architectural elements inspired by the Greek Aegean Sea and is perfect for capturing stylish, Instagram-worthy travel shots.
Then, travel to Shuanglang Ancient Town, known as the “No. 1 town of Cang-Er Scenery” and recognized as a provincial-level historic and cultural town in Yunnan. Surrounded by mountains on three sides and bordered by Erhai Lake on the other, it offers stunning natural landscapes. To the west rise the 19 peaks of the Cangshan Mountains; to the east lies the Buddhist holy site Jizushan; and to the south is Xiaoputuo, the “Island of the Immortals.”
After lunch, the journey continues along Erhai Lake, packed with fun and laid-back experiences:

Dali Old Town → Jade Dragon Snow Mountain → Blue Moon Valley → Lijiang Old Town
After breakfast, depart at 08:00 and drive to Dali Old Town – Foreigner Street. Located in western Yunnan, the old town—also known as Yeyu City or Purple City—was built in 1382 during the Ming Dynasty. Surrounded by city walls and a moat, it features four main gates (east, west, south, and north) each with a watchtower. The layout is a classic grid pattern. Wander through ancient courtyards, lush gardens, and hear birds singing beside gurgling streams. You’ll still see the traditional scene of “a well for every three households, and flowers in every yard.”
Lunch includes a complimentary nutritious meal box. Then ride the Yunshanping Cable Car up Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, where the landscape is covered in lush spruce forests and majestic snow-capped peaks. The scenery is absolutely refreshing and awe-inspiring. As you walk through this ancient forest, towering spruce trees stretch endlessly before you.

Lijiang → Shuhe Ancient Town → Kunming
After breakfast, depart at 09:00 for Shuhe Ancient Town. In the Naxi language, Shuhe is known as Shaowu, which means “village beneath the high peak,” named after the nearby Jubaoshan Mountain that resembles a towering pile of treasure. Shuhe is one of the earliest settlements of the Naxi people in the Lijiang basin and is one of the best-preserved ancient towns on the ancient Tea Horse Road.
After lunch, drive back to Kunming. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and enjoy free time at your leisure.

Kunming → Sweet Home
Guests will wake up according to the pre-arranged time. After breakfast, head to the Tourist Gathering Center, where you can carefully select local specialties such as fresh flowers and other souvenirs. Then, depending on your flight schedule, you will be transferred to the airport, marking the end of your pleasant journey in Yunnan!
(Please note: For flights departing before 12:00 noon, it is not possible to visit the Tourist Center. Thank you for your understanding!)
