Arrive at Kunming Changshui International Airport (or railway station). Our professional staff will be waiting to greet you upon arrival and provide private transfer to your hotel for check-in and rest.

Kunming – Stone Forest – Dianchi Lake Scenic Area – Chuxiong
After breakfast, depart from your hotel around 8:00 AM (departure time may be adjusted slightly depending on peak or off-peak season). Travel by bus to the Stone Forest (70 km, approximately 2 hours).
When people talk about the Stone Forest, the famous playful verse by Guo Moruo comes to mind:
“From afar the stones look huge, up close the stones are really huge.”
As you explore this karst wonder, you will feel as if each stone is telling you a story. Highlights include the Ashima Stone, Jianfeng Pool, Wangfeng Pavilion, Shuangniaodu Food Area, Stone Forest Lake, and the Stone Forest Scenic Area itself.
Note: Electric shuttle within Stone Forest is not included (CNY 25 per person). Total visit time: approximately 150 minutes.
Next, visit the Dianchi Lake Scenic Area, known as the shining pearl on the plateau. Covering 330 sq. km, the lake stretches as far as the eye can see, its sparkling waters perfectly reflecting the clear blue sky, creating a dreamlike horizon. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the lakeside and soak in the tranquil beauty of the surrounding mountains and water.
After sightseeing, head to a local restaurant for lunch. Following the meal, transfer by bus to your hotel for check-in and rest. Wishing you a pleasant night’s sleep!

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Dali, where you’ll be greeted by the charm of traditional Bai ethnic architecture — grey-tiled roofs, whitewashed walls, and intricate wood carvings that showcase exquisite local craftsmanship.
Visit the famous internet hotspot “Santorini Ideal Kingdom”, a dreamy white-and-blue seaside-style town built along Erhai Lake. Nestled between mountains and water, it offers poetic lanes, Mediterranean-style houses, and panoramic views of the lake — the perfect place to relax and take beautiful photos. Next, enjoy a private cruise on Erhai Lake, where you can appreciate the 360° lake scenery away from the crowds. Take in the fresh breeze, the reflection of the Cangshan Mountains, and the tranquil beauty of Dali.
After lunch, travel to Gusheng Village, a thousand-year-old Bai village visited by national leaders. From the parking area, take a short 400-meter walk to the Erhai Ecological Corridor (about 8 minutes). Then, experience the exclusive Music Bar Bus Ride along the lakeside — a relaxing, photogenic journey complete with complimentary photos and a short video per family. Continue to the S-Bend Photo Base, a popular shooting spot where photographers will capture your best moments against the stunning backdrop of Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain. Drone photography will also be arranged to record your travel memories from above. End the day with a “Bai Ethnic Fun Party” — an authentic local-style group activity full of music and laughter. After the tour, return to Gusheng parking lot and transfer back to your hotel.

Dali Ancient Town / Xinhua Ethnic Village — Route A / B / C (to be chosen before departure)

Route C: Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (Glacier Park Grand Cableway) → Blue Moon Valley → Lijiang Old Town
After breakfast, visit Dali Ancient Town, the former capital of the Nanzhao and Dali Kingdoms and an important stop on the Ancient Tea Horse Road. The town reflects a blend of Bai and Han cultures, featuring a rectangular layout with four gates, ancient streets, tiled roofs, and elegant courtyards that preserve the city’s traditional charm.
Alternatively, visit Xinhua Ethnic Village, a national 4A-level scenic area known as the “Hometown of Chinese Folk Art.” The village retains its authentic Bai-style architecture and vibrant craftsmanship. You’ll see local artisans working in courtyards, forging and crafting silverware by hand. Every household has its own specialty, continuing a rich tradition of Bai ethnic artistry and intangible cultural heritage.
Afterward, drive to Lijiang and proceed with one of the three Jade Dragon Snow Mountain route options (please select in advance; routes cannot be combined):
Route A – Snow Mountain Impression Canyon Park (optional, extra cost)
Visit Snow Mountain Impression Canyon Park, a scenic area themed around Dongba culture, directed by famous actor Yu Rongguang. Enjoy an immersive performance depicting the ancient “Three Flowers Worship” ritual and the legendary stories of Lijiang’s mountains and rivers.
Route B – Spruce Meadow Cableway + Blue Moon Valley
Take the Spruce Meadow Cableway, the legendary entrance to the mythical “Third Kingdom of Jade Dragon” and a sacred love site in Naxi culture. Enjoy serene alpine meadows, spruce forests, and breathtaking snow mountain views reminiscent of scenes from a Miyazaki film.
Continue to Blue Moon Valley (electric shuttle not included), also known as White Water River. Famous for its turquoise lakes and surrounding snow peaks, the valley’s mineral-rich water creates dazzling shades of blue.
Route C – Glacier Park Grand Cableway + Blue Moon Valley
Take the Glacier Park Grand Cableway from meadows at 3,000 meters, passing through pine and fir forests to reach the stunning Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Glacier Park.
Note: Due to weather, maintenance, or capacity limits, visitors may be switched to the Spruce Meadow or Yak Meadow cableway with a refund of the price difference. The order of visits may be adjusted according to ticket schedules.
Afterward, visit Blue Moon Valley (electric shuttle not included), where the crystal-blue water and mountain reflections form one of Yunnan’s most photogenic landscapes.
In the evening, you may optionally watch the “Lishui Jinsha” Dance Show (at your own expense). This large-scale performance combines dance, music, and lighting to showcase the rich ethnic cultures and legends of Lijiang and the ancient Naxi Kingdom.
Then enjoy free time exploring Lijiang Ancient Town at night, tasting local snacks and strolling through its lively streets before returning to the hotel on their own.

Lijiang → Shuhe Ancient Town → Return to Kunming
After breakfast at the hotel, visit Shuhe Ancient Town, called “Shaowu” in the Naxi language. The town is named after Jubao Mountain, whose peak resembles a stack of treasures. The name means “village beneath the high peak.” Shuhe is one of the earliest Naxi settlements in the Lijiang Basin and an important, well-preserved stop on the Ancient Tea Horse Road.
After the visit, drive back to Kunming and check in to the hotel.

Hotel → Tourist Service Center → Transfer to Airport
After breakfast, transfer to the Tourist Service Center. Guests can take this time to purchase some local specialties as souvenirs for family and friends, bringing home sweet memories of the trip.
