Upon your arrival at Guiyang Airport/Train Station, our driver (not a guide) will meet you and provide a transfer to your hotel in the “Forest City” of Guiyang. The driver will contact you in advance, so please keep your phone accessible.
The rest of the day is free for you to explore. During your free time, please take care of your personal safety and belongings.

Guiyang-Huangguoshu Waterfalls-Datunbao Evening Show-Anshun
The tour departs at 8:00 AM for a 4-hour visit to the Huangguoshu Scenic Area (a 5A-rated attraction). Please note that the electric car (50 RMB), insurance (10 RMB), and round-trip escalator (50 RMB) are additional personal expenses.
Doupotang Waterfall: Relive a classic moment at the filming location of the iconic 1985 TV series “Journey to the West.”
Tianxing Bridge: Explore this karst wonderland, walking through a lush gorge with natural stone bridges, cliffs, and cascading streams—a true hidden world.
Huangguoshu Great Waterfall: Experience the power of one of the world’s few waterfalls that can be viewed from a 360-degree perspective. Feel the mist and hear the thunderous roar.
Datunbao Cultural Evening Show (Value: ¥198/person): A spectacular live performance showcasing the 600-year history and culture of the Tunpu people in Anshun. (This show and bonfire activity are complimentary. No refund will be provided if the show is missed due to personal reasons or cancelled under unforeseen circumstances.)

Important Tips:
It is recommended to bring rain gear (a raincoat is most effective) when visiting the Huangguoshu Waterfall due to the spray.
The paths in the scenic area can be slippery. Please wear shoes with good grip.

Afternoon Visit to 4A Scenic Area: Dushan Tian Cave

Qingyan Ancient Town: A 600-year-old military town renowned for its exceptionally well-preserved Ming and Qing dynasty architecture. With its rows of temples, pavilions, and exquisitely carved beams, it is celebrated as one of China’s most enchanting ancient towns.
Dushan Tian Cave: Step beneath the dome of this karst cave formed over millions of years. The “Starry Sky Hall” immerses you in a flowing galaxy of 3D lights. Lie back on a natural stone platform, meditate to the soothing drip of underground streams, and feel your anxieties melt away. Witness the miracle of stalactite growth—where formations grow just 1 cm per century—and touch the “Pillar of Life” to make a wish, experiencing time’s gentle, eternal craftsmanship.

The stone-paved paths in Qingyan Ancient Town can be slippery. We strongly recommend wearing comfortable, non-slip shoes for your safety.

The ancient town is famous for its local snacks and shops (e.g., braised pig’s trotter, rose candy). Feel free to bargain while shopping to ensure a fair price.

Some sections of Tian Cave are quite narrow. For your safety, please follow the guide’s instructions and avoid wandering off alone.

Although the cave is equipped with lights and walkways, please watch your step and be cautious in damp or slippery areas.

Dushan/Libo-Libo’s Seven Arches-Xijiang Miao Village-Xijiang
Depart at 8:00 AM to the primitive secret land of World Heritage site, the “Green Gem on the Earth’s Belt” – [Xiaoqikong] which integrates karst mountains, streams, forests, caves, lakes and waterfalls into one. The tour lasts about 4 hours (excluding battery car fee 40 RMB/person + insurance 10 RMB/person). In the afternoon, proceed to the national 4A-level scenic area [Xijiang Thousand Households Miao Village] for a visit of approximately 10 hours (excluding battery car 20 RMB/person + insurance 10 RMB/person). Check in at the fantasy world of “Spirited Away”.
1、At Xiaoqikong, visit the [68-Drop Waterfalls], [Laya Waterfall], [Wolong Lake Waterfall], [Cuigu Waterfall], and [Water Forest]. Immerse yourself in the “Green Gem on the Earth” and witness the miracle of karst landforms firsthand.
2、Xijiang Thousand Households Miao Village invites you to experience the daily life of the Miao people. From the viewing platform, enjoy a panoramic view of the entire village. The Baishui River, like a jade belt, divides the village in two. Built on a 70-degree slope, the settlement presents a spectacular sight. When night falls, thousands of lights illuminate the village, creating a breathtaking scene that inspires awe.
Important Travel Notes:
1、Due to Guizhou’s frequent rainy and misty weather, and as Xijiang Miao Village is nestled in a mountain valley, rooms may feel somewhat humid. We appreciate your understanding.
2、Xijiang offers traditional folk-style inns, equipped with air conditioning and water heaters. However, please be aware that the accommodation standard differs from city hotels of a similar rating. The facilities are more basic, and each individual inn has limited rooms. Therefore, our tour group may be split across several different inns. Please be prepared for this. Additionally, there is no luggage transfer service into the scenic area. You will need to carry your own luggage on foot (10-20 minutes) to your inn. We strongly recommend leaving large luggage on the bus and taking only valuables and essential overnight items into the village.
3、One of the great joys of visiting Libo is playing in the water, whether in the Water Forest or other areas. You’ll have many chances to interact with water throughout the tour. What better way to cool off in the hot summer? However, please always prioritize safety around water.
4、Sun protection is crucial! Libo is located close to Guangxi and is notably hotter and sunnier than other parts of Guizhou. Please ensure you use sunscreen, drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, and take precautions to avoid heatstroke.

Xijiang-Final Viewing Platform Visit-Transfer to Station for Your Journey Home
The stilted buildings of Xijiang Thousand Households Miao Village emerge faintly through the morning mist, creating a scene straight out of a fairy tale. After breakfast, we will ascend to the viewing platform for a second time to admire the panoramic view of the village enveloped in the soft morning haze. From the platform, you can overlook the terraced fields and stilted houses—each frame a masterpiece of nature.
As we descend from the viewing platform, daylight unveils a different charm: sunlight bathes the stilted buildings, while the terraced fields and Baishui River weave together into a breathtaking picture.
After the tour, group transfer will be provided. For those with later departures who prefer not to wait, you may get off at a convenient location to explore other attractions independently. From there, you may arrange your own transportation (at your own expense) to the airport or high-speed train station for your return journey.
