Arrive in Urumqi – Hotel Check-in
Guests from across China will arrive by flight at Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang. Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport by our representative and transferred to your hotel in the city for check-in.
After arrival, enjoy free time at your leisure. You may visit the International Grand Bazaar or Hongshan Park to experience the unique urban culture of Xinjiang, or simply rest at the hotel to recharge for the upcoming Northern Xinjiang journey.

Urumqi – Anjihai Grand Canyon – Jinghe
After breakfast, drive to Anjihai Grand Canyon, often described as “a scar torn open on the earth.” Its dramatic red-brown rock layers and deep canyon create a breathtaking and powerful visual contrast, making it one of the most striking natural landscapes in Northern Xinjiang.
After sightseeing, continue to Jinghe. Along the way, enjoy the scenery where Gobi desert and grasslands intertwine. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and rest.

Jinghe – Sayram Lake – Guozigou Bridge – Liuxing Street – Yining
After breakfast, head to Sayram Lake, known as “the last teardrop of the Atlantic.” Its crystal-clear blue waters, snow-capped peaks, alpine meadows, and winding shoreline form postcard-perfect scenery from every angle.
Next, pass by the magnificent Guozigou Bridge, where modern engineering blends seamlessly with dramatic canyon landscapes. In the afternoon, arrive in Yining and stroll through Liuxing Street, famous for its colorful buildings, lively local atmosphere, and strong ethnic character—ideal for photography and leisurely exploration.

Yining – Yizhao Scenic Highway – Heavenly Horse Cultural Park – Heavenly Horses Bathing in the River – Xiate Town
After breakfast, travel along the picturesque Yizhao Highway, crossing mountains and valleys with continuous views of grasslands, snow peaks, and rivers—widely regarded as one of the most beautiful roads in Northern Xinjiang.
Visit the Heavenly Horse Cultural Park to learn about the history and heritage of Ili horse culture. Weather and water conditions permitting, enjoy the spectacular sight of Heavenly Horses Bathing in the River. In the evening, arrive in Xiate Town and check in to your hotel.

Xiate Town – Xiate Scenic Area – Muzhati Glacier – Xinyuan
Early in the morning, enter the Xiate Scenic Area, known as a “hidden paradise along the ancient Silk Road.” Towering snow peaks, dense forests, clear rivers, and lush meadows create a fairytale-like alpine landscape ideal for hiking and photography.
Later, visit Muzhati Glacier to experience the purity and grandeur of a glacier formed over thousands of years. In the evening, arrive in Xinyuan County and check in.

Xinyuan – Nalati Sky Grassland – Middle Section of Duku Highway – Tangbula
After breakfast, visit Nalati Sky Grassland, featuring rolling meadows, grazing cattle and sheep, and distant snow peaks drifting among clouds—one of the most iconic grasslands in Ili.
In the afternoon, drive along the middle section of the Duku Highway, where canyons, forests, and snow mountains alternate in dramatic succession. Arrive at Tangbula Grassland in the evening and check in.

After breakfast, explore the Tangbula Hundred-Mile Gallery, known for its soft, picturesque grassland scenery, flowing clouds, and tranquil meadows—often called “the gentlest grassland landscape in Northern Xinjiang.”
Continue along the northern section of the Duku Highway, transitioning from grasslands to snow mountains and dramatic gorges. In the evening, return to Urumqi and check in.

Leaving the Group: If you choose to leave the group early, unfinished parts will be considered voluntarily abandoned. Only unused costs will be refunded; transportation fees are non-refundable.

Return Travel Reminder: It is not recommended to book flights or trains on the same day the tour ends due to possible traffic delays.

Discount Policy: Active/retired military personnel, police officers, Xinjiang support staff, disabled persons, college students, children under 1.2 m, and other eligible discount holders must inform staff at booking and carry valid documents during travel.

Force Majeure: If attractions are closed due to uncontrollable factors, adjustments will be made after mutual consultation, and any price difference will be settled on site.

Pre-Departure Notice: Before 22:00 on the day prior to departure, you will receive a call or WeChat message from the tour manager or driver. If not received, please contact your booking agent promptly.
